FORE EVAN 2011 has 3 GOALS:

GOAL 3: Donation of 20% profits earned from Golf Outing to AMBUCS, a national service organization dedicated to creating independence and opportunities for people with disabilities. Evan has personal experience with the local WALKER AMBUCS team when they helped Evan ride a bicycle for the first time by gifting him an adapted bicycle to meet his specific physical needs.

GOAL 2: Donation of 10% of money earned to the UMDF, United Mitochondrial Disease Foundation, to help search for the cure and raise awareness of mitochondrial disease.

GOAL 1: The Fore Evan Foundation's primary goal for Fore Evan 2011 is to help give Evan a safe to play! Play goals include: a fence around the family's back yard and adapted play equipment to meet Evan's changing needs.
