Six years ago the Godfrey Lee School Community started the Annual Fore Evan Golf Outing to help one of their own living every parent's worst nightmare, a terminal disease diagnosis for one of their children.
The medical bills were staggering and the family's need may have been great- but, a Rebel never leaves a brother behind.
Evan must be a rebel at heart too. Because this kid (whose name means 'little warrior') is a fighter and this kid is still fighting! 2012 marks The 6th Annual Fore Evan Golf Outing and Evan will be celebrating his 10th Birthday in December.
Each year the Fore Evan Foundation funds raised through this Golf Outing help this family with the daily care and medical needs of two children diagnosed with Mitochondrial Disease.
